How long to receive my Order
In general most orders are received within 1 week of placing an order. Please
be advised the time the order is placed determines when the order will be
processed and shipped. We are NOT responsible for shipping delays that are a
result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order
changes made after the order has been placed.
We keep a SMALL inventory and prefer to order products directly from the
manufacturer in order to provide the freshest and furthest dated expiration
possible.
Orders placed before 12pm (noon) Monday through Friday in which the item is
in stock here will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed before 12pm (noon) Monday through Friday requesting an item
that is not in stock will be processed and shipped in two to three business days.
Orders placed AFTER 12pm (noon) will BEGIN processing the following business
day.
If there are issues with your address, items that are backorder or manufacturers issues this will cause a delay on us shipping the item to you.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are not open on Saturday and Sunday and USPS and UPS do not pick up or
deliver on these days. These days are not business days for us and will not
count towards processing and shipping times.

Orders placed after 12pm (noon) on Friday (or Wednesday before
Thanksgiving) is considered a weekend order
and all weekend orders begin processing on the following Monday and will ship
on Wednesday.

UPS/USPS does not pick up or deliver orders on major holidays. The days that UPS/USPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.

We are not responsible for USPS/UPS' performance. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf, with UPS. UPS only guarantees and accepts claims for fast shipments, (not ground). UPS does not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas holiday. Please see their website for all details.

Domestic Shipments
We utilize both USPS and UPS as our carriers for STANDARD
SHIPPING. We cannot ship UPS to a post office box. If you
require a specific shipping method please contact us as there might be an
additional charge for this.
Free Shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous states ONLY. Although you do not pay for standard shipping, if you decide to cancel or return an order we will go back to the price we paid for your shipment for your refund.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO Addresses : Shipping costs are based on package weight. We must ship via USPS to all APO addresses.

International Shipments
All Vitamins Plus has partnered with a trusted third-party company,
International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers.
Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the
"International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International
Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or
bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including
billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all
inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from All Vitamins Plus.
Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations
around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
