Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO Addresses : Shipping costs are based on package weight. We must ship via USPS to all APO addresses.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders received by 12 am Monday-Wednesday will normally be processed and ready to ship within 2 business days of receipt and final approval of substitutions if necessary. Orders placed Wednesday after noon through Friday will ship the following Monday (unless we have it in stock). For any special order please contact us and we will work to assist you.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
If you provided your e-mail address with your order, you will automatically receive e-mail notification with the tracking information when your order is shipped. If you have not provided us with your e-mail address or your email address was invalid you may contact us by phone for tracking information.
