Sonne's Organic Foods Herbal Supplement, A Natural Herb Laxative #9A 100 Tablets

A natural herb laxative from extracts of Cascara Sagrada and Aloe Curacao. Cascara Sagrada aids in the removal of consolidated, bacteria laden waste matter that accumulates in the large intestine (colon). It eases the passage of such material without producing cramping, diarrhea or constipation. Cascara's effectiveness is due mainly to its high anthraquinone content, or A-factor, which mildly produces a soft or formed stool in about six to eight hours with little or no irritation. There is negligible effect on the small intestine, but vigorous peristalsis in the large intestine.

Suggested Use: Two tablets taken with warm water, when a laxative is needed or desired. Children over 5: One half to one tablet. This product contains aloe curcao and cascara sagrada. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea.
