I won't waste your time with a lot of words, but trust me (though I'm just over 30), using Peaceful Patchouli will demonstrate the power of the flowers and the other herbs we have included. Suggested Use: Individuals- pour indulgently into a running bath or use liberally all over in the shower. Communally- an equivalent amount per person.
